salam cik Rohaniah... personally i rasa mmg bagus... cuma tu lah ada org ckp tu kwsn Indon... i'm not so sure about that... but in terms of rental mmg bagus la...
indon indonlah..bole dikatakan kebanyakan kws low cost dah jadi penempatan indon n bangla...mcm mutiara magna, kepong..siap ader negro lagi..international flat

hm.. aritu ada baca blog wakil rakyat kat situ, lif dia mcm prob gak kan.
location tu saya mmg sgt berminat plus the price is affordable la utk masa akan dtg. cuma las year bila saya jumpa satu rumah kat situ dah 3 bulan put for sale kat web mudah.com.my ( subsale) tp belum laku, i start thinking other way..
kalau tak laku..kau mintaklah kurang kaw2....20% ker drp harga yang diletakkan
